ABOUT LA POUTINE WEEK

The concept is simple: select local restaurants will offer a special “poutine” at a special price. Consumers get to share and vote for their favorite ones online. Not only is this a great opportunity for an establishment to showcase its creative talents, it is also a great way to draw in paying customers. Here are the 2017 winners:

House cut french fries, St-Albert’s Curds, sauerkraut & bacon stuffed perogie, caramelized onion, topped with a peppercorn demi-glace on a bed of roasted garlic mashed potatoes.

House gravy, jerk marinated chicken, local cheese curds, bell pepper, green onion, and house cut fries, with a yogurt/jerk sauce drizzle.

Fresh cut fries topped with juicy in-house smoked Dr.pepper can chicken, and St. Albert’s cheese curds. With Dr.Pepper gravy made with the rendered Dr.Pepper chicken juices, and chicken gravy.
