Most of you are familiar with marinades, but have you ever marinated using a dairy product such as yogurt or buttermilk? It may sound odd, but in fact it serves a (delicious) purpose. A classic dish in French cuisine, the Bouillabaisse may actually have taken its origins in the Mediterranean. Greek historians have laid claim to its creation, while Marseilles, France, touts itself as the birthplace. Either way, this classic, fresh, and vibrant fish stew is a delicacy.
